Enrolment and application

In order to apply to this Master program, students must hold a degree equivalent to our Master 1 in Mathematics. Then, the main criteria for admission are the previously attended courses (content, scope) and the grades.

Here is the process for applying.

Administrative Enrolment, via Internet

The first step is to fill in the corresponding administrative form on the enrolment website of the University. Here is the main page of this website, and here is a direct link to the online form. If this website is closed, then ask what can be done to our secretary.

Application

Once registered in the enrolment website of the University, students should send the following documents to our office (Ask the secretary for the deadline)

The printed-out administrative form (see above)
Our own application form with a passport quality photograph.
A list of the courses attended (and validated) during the past four years.
The corresponding report cards
A copy of the diplomas (The University may ask later an official translation to french ; see for example the following site) for more informations about official translations.

Decisions

If the application is successful, the student will get a confirmation letter, signed by one of the directors of the Master program. In any case, results should be available on the enrolment website.

Scholarships

The Fondation Sciences Mathématiques de Paris has a special program to fund Master studies, called Paris Graduate School of Mathematical Sciences . Application to this program is independent of the above process.
